Kimberly is originally from Memphis, TN but due to being brought up in a military family, she has traveled the world extensively. Kimberly left TN in 1984 and returned in 1997 to attend Tennessee State University in which she graduated from in 2001 with a B.S. in Agribusiness. Kimberly quickly realized that agriculture was not her passion and dove into the Criminal Justice arena for a more exciting career path. Upon graduating from T.S.U. and briefly working for USDA as a soil conservationist, Kimberly became a Probation/Parole Officer for the State of Tennessee and spent 7 years working with minimum supervision offenders. Upon her final two years with the State of TN/Board of Probation and Parole Kimberly worked with maximum supervision sex offenders. This position enabled Kim to become familiar with the criminal justice system and allowed her to work with people from a diversity of backgrounds.
Before becoming President of Pyramid Investigations, Kimberly was also a skip tracer, bail enforcer and Insurance Investigator.

Kerry Wade is an experienced Investigator and Mitigation Specialist with a history of working in research and analytics for many years. She has owned and managed multiple companies across various industries and has always applied a hands-on approach to getting the job done. Kerry successfully applies her background in bonding, insurance, research, analytics and investigations to ensure a thorough and detailed investigation every time.

Andrew Renshaw brings over three decades of diverse experience in law enforcement, investigations, and insurance.

He began his career in 1989 as a Bail Enforcement Agent, locating and apprehending fugitives for the bail bond industry. Building on that foundation, he transitioned into insurance fraud investigations, working with multiple carriers to uncover fraudulent claims and protect industry integrity.

Andrew then entered reserve law enforcement with the Galloway, Tennessee Police Department, where he advanced to Lieutenant and Lead Code Enforcement Officer. In this role, he investigated criminal and code enforcement violations, initiated prosecutions, managed patrol operations, trained reserve officers, and led enforcement of community standards.

In 2008, he joined the Oakland, Tennessee Police Department as an Investigator / Detective and Lieutenant of Reserve Officers, where he handled criminal casework, supervised personnel, and served on patrol assignments. He also worked with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, broadening his law enforcement experience.

During his tenure with Galloway PD, Oakland PD, and the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, Andrew completed over 10,000 hours of specialized training in drug interdiction, white-collar crime, homicide investigations, and sex crimes. This extensive training enhanced his expertise in handling complex and sensitive cases, equipping him with the skills to manage both violent and non-violent criminal investigations.

By 2011, Andrew returned to the insurance sector, specializing in fraud investigations, claims management, and risk assessment. As a Claims Investigator, he mitigated losses, conducted integrity investigations, and safeguarded carriers from exposure.

In 2018, he became the State and CJA Approved Lead Investigator and Mitigation Specialist at Pyramid Investigations in Nevada, focusing on criminal defense investigation and mitigation strategies. In this role, he works closely with attorneys to uncover facts, challenge evidence, and provide strategic support in defense cases.

In 2025, Andrew moved to Mississippi seeking a meaningful life change and established himself in the Mid-South, where he continues to bring his extensive experience and passion for justice to his work.
